2008 Honda Accord 70,000 mi w/Autocheck info $12,000 OBO in Daly City, California For Sale

Just moved to CA from the East Coast and no longer need this vehicle. Looking to sell as is. 5% tinted windows (as dark as you can get). Small crack with scratches on driver back side bumper (photo included). Just under 70,000 miles currently. Autocheck report info available. Car is clean and in good running condition. Some service record documentation also available.

I will ask to see a valid driver's license and I will be present with you during the test drive. If you decide you would like to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle to be sure there are no major flaws or surprises, I will take the vehicle to a mechanic of your choice as soon as I am able. I expect to split this bill with you since I have no reason to believe there's anything wrong with this vehicle, but I am looking to sell it and I understand a prospective buyer's desire to be sure the vehicle will be worth the money.
Last but not least, I have already spoken with CA DMV Technical Compliance and this vehicle is able to be sold in the state of California even though I currently have it registered under the state of New York. The new owner would be responsible to go through the CA DMV process of registering the vehicle, having a smog check conducted, etc. This vehicle is CA Emissions approved. I double checked that with Honda. This vehicle is currently still being paid off. The loan is under Citizens Bank, which to the best of my knowledge, doesn't exist within the state of California. That being said, I was told by Citizens Bank it could take anywhere from 7 to 30 days (I know, wtf?) for the title to arrive to me once the lien was satisfied. So understand you might still have to wait a while until I could legally sign the vehicle over to you. I would contact you as soon as I received it though to do this. I will not release the vehicle to you before this happens due to liability issues.
